Why Coastal Talent
I founded San Diego Coastal Talent after more than 20 years working across corporate, agency, and RPO recruitment environments. Throughout my career, I’ve partnered with organizations of various sizes to solve hiring challenges, strengthen recruitment processes, and build successful teams. I’ve also had the privilege of helping professionals navigate career decisions and connect with opportunities that align with their goals.
I created San Diego Coastal Talent to bring a personal, relationship-focused approach to recruiting and consulting. I believe the best outcomes happen when someone takes the time to truly understand both the business and the people behind it.
Outside of work, you’ll often find me walking along San Diego’s beaches and bays and volunteering in the coastal communities I proudly serve. These activities remind me why I chose to build a business centered on the community I call home.
